Undo Check out

Undo check out help you in case of check out wrong room, miss some service, information…

Note: Only the hotel manager and the owner account can update this.

1st method: from timeline chart

Left click in this room> select Undo check out> fill in the reason> Update

2nd method: From room detail

Open room detail> Select Undo check out> Fill in the reason > Confirm
